Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
If your coverage needs change, use Settings or contact support to review the right path before changing billing.
Adding Coverage
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Review Plans" or contact support
- Explain whether you need family or specialty help
- Confirm the right paid path before any billing change
- New coverage starts after the account is updated
Reducing or Canceling Coverage
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Review the current billing status
- Cancel or contact support if the account needs review
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You'll retain access to current plan features until then
No Penalties: There are no fees or penalties for changing plans. You have complete flexibility.
