Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

If your coverage needs change, use Settings or contact support to review the right path before changing billing.

Adding Coverage

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Review Plans" or contact support
  3. Explain whether you need family or specialty help
  4. Confirm the right paid path before any billing change
  5. New coverage starts after the account is updated

Reducing or Canceling Coverage

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Review the current billing status
  4. Cancel or contact support if the account needs review
  5. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  6. You'll retain access to current plan features until then

No Penalties: There are no fees or penalties for changing plans. You have complete flexibility.
