We cannot guarantee that all data broker sites will remove your information, as removal is subject to each site's policies and procedures. Some sites may refuse removal requests or may republish information from public records.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice
• No refunds after the first privacy report (prorated refunds available before)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

• That removed data will not reappear
• Removal from sites that republish public records
• Specific timelines for removal completion
• Removal from sites outside our coverage list

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by hide my data and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for data broker sites' actions or policies
• We do not guarantee complete removal of all personal information

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hide my data, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Misuse the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
