Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription. Here's how to manage it:
Accessing Subscription Settings
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on "Settings" in the navigation
- Navigate to the "Subscription" section
- View your current plan and billing information
What You Can Do
- View your current plan and next billing date
- Review available plan or specialty coverage options
- Update payment method
- View billing history
- Cancel your subscription
- Update billing email
Note: If your paid status ever looks wrong after checkout, sign out and back in, then contact support with the email used at payment so the account can be reconciled.
