Troubleshooting

Removal Request Failed

A failed or blocked request usually means the source needs more information, rejected the path, changed the page, or requires direct customer action.

What to do

  1. Open the case note and look for the requested action.
  2. Send any missing source details, screenshots, or verification context.
  3. Ask support whether another removal path is available.
  4. Wait for a revised quote if the work changes materially.

Useful notes

  • Blocked does not always mean finished; it may mean the next step depends on source or customer action.
  • Some failures are hard limits and should be explained plainly.
