Report Frequency
Reports should be generated when they can show real value: queue movement, verified proof, completed removals, follow-up checks, or a useful account snapshot.
After activation
The first report becomes useful once the account has a saved profile, active plan, covered-site queue movement, and at least one proof or status milestone.
After proof-backed wins
Reports are strongest after a broker is verified complete because the PDF can summarize what changed and what remains under watch.
On demand from Reports
You can generate a current report when you want a snapshot of listings reviewed, verified removals, pending work, and follow-up monitoring.
On-Demand Reports: A report is most useful when it contains evidence. If no work has moved yet, finish profile setup and start covered-site queue work first.
