Report Not Generated
If your privacy report isn't generating, here's what to check:
Common Issues
- Report Period: Reports are generated at specific intervals (quarterly or monthly depending on plan)
- No Activity: If you haven't had any removal requests, the report may be empty
- Processing Delay: Reports can take a few minutes to generate
- Account Status: Make sure your subscription is active
How to Generate a Report
- Go to the Reports page in your dashboard
- Click "Generate New Report"
- Select the date range
- Wait for processing (usually 1-2 minutes)
- Download the PDF when ready
Note: If you continue to have issues generating reports, contact support. There may be a technical issue we need to investigate.
