Report Not Generated

If your privacy report isn't generating, here's what to check:

Common Issues

  • Report Period: Reports are generated at specific intervals (quarterly or monthly depending on plan)
  • No Activity: If you haven't had any removal requests, the report may be empty
  • Processing Delay: Reports can take a few minutes to generate
  • Account Status: Make sure your subscription is active

How to Generate a Report

  1. Go to the Reports page in your dashboard
  2. Click "Generate New Report"
  3. Select the date range
  4. Wait for processing (usually 1-2 minutes)
  5. Download the PDF when ready

Note: If you continue to have issues generating reports, contact support. There may be a technical issue we need to investigate.
